I have been guided by process consultant Mr. Charan Kumar for Australian PR and he is very Professional, Soft spoken, always ready to help and listens your queries carefully and gives appropriate suggestion. He was always available on call while in office and the replies to emails. The list of documentation required for the PR process were very crisp with samples available whenever in doubt. The best thing in Y-Axis is sometime i will be busy, but he will continuously follow up with me in order to complete the process. This shows how dedicated he is towards his work. I hope to complete the PR process in time, and really appreciate Y-Axis team for their support. Right now i am at the stage of preparing PTE/IELTS. I Will be looking forward same enthusiasm from my process consultant till i get through with my VISA and will write more on my experience with Y-Axis going forward.
