Srilatha was very easily reachable and communication was of the highest order, she would follow-up and offer all assistance to help me with the process. I took their notary services as well, all of their services were extremely prompt and super fast. Update: Feb 2017 Received my Australian Visa Grant approval after a long wait as I had trouble with my wife's fingerprints. Worked with Y-Axis team since Sep 2015. By Feb 2016 I was ready to pay and apply for my Australian PR. My case was slightly complex as I had worked in different countries and I also was located at London during the course of the application process. Srilatha was my SPOC throughout the process.
